JCB Opens First Tejari Express Branch in Dahyat Al Nakheel

Represented by Chairman Michael Sayegh, Jordan Commercial Bank celebrated the opening of the first Tejari Express branch in Dahyat Al Nakheel, the first example of a new concept, the “neighborhood bank,” which the Jordan Commercial Bank is the first to launch in Jordan. Tejari Express will be offering all individual-focused banking services for customers near their places of residence, with flexible and unconventional working hours to suit their lifestyles.

CEO Caesar Qulajen attended alongside the Chairman, who were joined by some of the members of the board of directors and executive management, in addition to a number of invited residents of the neighborhood.

The Tejari Express branch makes use of a modern design and a strategic residential location. Customers are welcome five days a week from Sunday to Thursday, from noon to 8:00 pm. Tejari Express also provides all individual-focused banking services to customers, such as opening accounts of all kinds, cash withdrawal and deposit services, immediate issuance services for debit and prepaid cards, and various loan services.

Sayegh said, “Opening the first Tejari Express branch in Dahyat Al Nakheel comes as an actual translation of our slogan, Closer to You. We are always keen to expand our network of branches to cover most areas in the Kingdom so that we are closer to our customers, and to best meet their banking needs optimally. In view of this, we will be opening another Tejari Express branch in the Abu Soos area soon.”

JCB Celebrates JD 500,000 Grand Prize Winner

In a festive, joyous atmosphere tinged with surprise and suspense, Jordan Commercial Bank celebrated on Sunday, 04/08/2019, the winner of the annual cash Tejari Tawfeeri account—JD 500,000—with a large crowd with exciting sketches. This included the drawing of the grand prize winner’s name and the writing of the cheque by the artist Suhaib Attar, with musical interludes on the violin and drums.

The ceremony was attended by CEO Mr. Caesar Qulajen, executive management, and all employees, plus media celebrities from Roya channel and social media influencers who covered the event live.

Mr. Yasir Ibrahim Muslim Ahmaru was surprised to be the lucky winner of the grand prize when his name was announced and written on the huge check that was installed on the front of the bank's main building. He expressed his great joy at the award, which will undoubtedly change his life for the better, and expressed his great confidence in the bank, its excellent deal with customers, and the high quality service it has provided as a whole.

Qulajen handed Ahmaru the prize, saying: “The bank achieved a leading position among Jordan’s banks through Tejari Tawfeeri and occupied a strong competitive position with the many advantages that this account offers to customers, in addition to the valuable and diverse cash prizes to satisfy them and increase their loyalty to the bank. There is also the innovative banking service that we have recently launched to help and encourage our customers to save, AutoSave, which will enable them to save easily and without trouble.”

As the bank always promises its saving accounts customers, the bank announced the continuation of its monthly (JD 50,000), weekly (JD 5,000) and daily (JD 500 dinars) cash prizes for Tejari Tawfeeri account holders.

Jordan Commercial Bank Opens Al-Ram Branch

Under the patronage of the Governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority HE Mr. Azzam Al Shawwa, the Jordan Commercial Bank founded its Al-Ram branch. Deputy Governor of Jerusalem Abdullah Sayam, Jordan Commercial Bank Chairman Michael Al Sayegh, CEO Caesar Qulajen, board members, Jordan Commercial Bank’s Regional Manager in Palestine Mr. Zaher Muala, Al-Ram mayor Raqi Ghazawneh, Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce Deputy Manager Mr. Tawfiq Habash, and a large number of businessmen and legal persons were present.
